Theodore W. Pratt

With great sadness the family of Ted Pratt announces his sudden passing on Thursday, March 9, 2018 Ted was born on January 6, 1987 in Palo Alto, California recently lived in the and was raised in Longmeadow graduating LHS in 2005. He attended college at Holyoke Community College and Springfield Technical Community College. He most recently lived in the Feeding Hills section of Agawam. Ted was a very talented musician, singer and songwriter. He played in a number of local bands including Malpractice, Daisy Chain, Marshmellow, Subculture Stereo, and most recently Uzi Jaccuzzi. Ted self-published many original songs under his Ted Pratt Music brand. He was also a very talented artist specializing in neo expressionism. When Ted wasn’t creating music he was taking care of his much loved sister Avery as her home health aide. Ted is survived by his loving parents, Tim and Michelle Pratt of Longmeadow, his sisters Rebecca of Boston and Avery of Longmeadow. Ted was a very talented and warm individual who had many friends and will be missed greatly by all that were lucky enough to meet him. A celebration of Ted’s life will be Saturday, March 24th at 2 at Forastiere Smith Funeral home, 220 N Main St, East Longmeadow, MA.
