Donnae E. Tranghese

East Longmeadow – Donnae E. (Marsh) Tranghese, 76, passed away peacefully Thursday, August 15, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. Born February 12, 1943 in Springfield, MA, she was a daughter to the late Donald J. and Anne (Posusky) Marsh. She will be remembered as the best “Nonnie” and an extraordinary entertainer to her family and friends. She lived life to the fullest and found great joy watching her grandchildren grow. She instilled in each of them the importance of family. Donnae leaves behind her loving husband of 57 years Carlo F. Jr.; children D.J. and his wife, Daphne, Chris, Jon and Carlo L. and his wife, Kristin; grandchildren Marisa, Jess, Branden, Kyle, Michael, Jacob, Kacey and Carly; great-granddaughter Aria; sister Sharyn Rys and her husband, Mitchell; and other loving relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter-in-law Desiree. A funeral service for Donnae will be held at 11AM on Thursday, August 22, 2019 from Forastiere Smith Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., East Longmeadow. Calling hours will be held from 4-7PM on Wednesday, August 21st and also one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home. A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
