Carol T. Rezzani

WESTFIELD – Carol T. Rezzani, 81, passed away on March 11, 2018. Born in Springfield, MA on August 2, 1936 to the late Anthony and Margaret (Merola) Cardaropoli, she graduated from Commerce High School in 1954. For over 30 years, Carol was a cook and cafeteria manager in Westfield Schools including Westfield High, Vocational High and Paper Mill Elementary School. She was a longtime member of the St. Rocco’s Women’s Club in Westfield. Carol enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading and going to Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods as well as playing bingo with her husband. To cherish her memory, she leaves her loving husband Ronald J. Rezzani of Westfield; children Ronald J. Rezzani, Jr. of Westfield and Marielana Blanchard and her husband Matthew of NH; grandsons Myles and Mason Blanchard; sisters Pat Gilberti of Westfield and Joan Colson and her husband Ray of Springfield as well as many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, March 17, 2018 from 10-11 AM at Forastiere Funeral Home, 45 Locust Street, Springfield with a service to follow at 11 AM. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Westfield. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
